At Ajmal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original, unopened packaging and ensure it is securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
